5 Tips To Help Eliminate Depression So You Can Live Happy

Here's a serious question for one who believes to be depressed, are you lonely? Did you know that being lonely is an everyday part of our lives.
Admit it, it's happened to all of us.
As well, we can get depressed when we're rejected by the person we love, when we fail in our exams, or when someone very close to us leaves this life either expected or not.
It's part of life.
Depression, however, can be much more serious and even fatal than just simple loneliness.
It could cause permanent consequences that could destroy Health, Well-Being and Self-Esteem in the process.
Here are 5 tips that I'm going to share to help you conquer the 'Melancholy Mood' so that you can accomplish happiness out of your daily routines and everyday life.
Here are the tips: Tip #1.
How Much Light and Sunshine Do You Get?:
As many of us know, the lack of exposure to the sun can cause the secretion of a hormone called Melatonin, in which a downhearted mood and a lacklustre conditions are triggered.
Melatonin is only produced in the darkest of lights.
What does is do? It lowers the bodies temperature and causes a feeling of sluggishness.
So, if you're usually locked up in your room (curtains closed), you will probably find yourself wanting to stay in bed.
This is a main cause why many people suffer from depression more often in the winter than in the other seasons due to the nights being longer.
If you can't get outside and get some sunshine, you can simply lighten up your room with stronger lights to reverse the dark environment.
Or...
You can simply go outside for a change of scenery or take frequent walks in the early afternoon instead of driving your car.
Anything to get you outside and get a bit of vitamin D.
The choices are endless.
It's your choice.
Tip #2.
Keep Yourself Busy and Get Yourself Inspired:
You'll overcome most feelings of depression if you keep yourself busy doing the activities you like doing.
Do one of your hobbies or something you have been wanting to learn.
Do something you love.
If money is a problem, you could simply do stuff like going for a relaxing walk in the park, participating in sports, reading, or being part of any activities you have a passion for and have always had a desired to pursue.
Also, set goals.
Regardless of how difficult or discouraging your life can get, stay solid and have an unwavering conviction that you are competent at doing anything you wish.
With this optimistic approach, you'll accomplish a positive outlook to beat the depression mode.
Tip #3.
You Deserve a Break.
Relax and Sit Back:
Seriously, Really, I mean it.
Listen to some relaxing calming music.
Treat yourself to a nice bath.
Just take a break from your demanding day to day activities and use the day to just goof off doing the things you love.
Basically, go have fun.
Life's to short.
Tip #4.
Be Sure To Maintain a Proper Diet and Focus on Being Fit:
Stay away from foods with to much sugar, caffeine or alcohol.
These items can give you a moment of energy and spark; but it will eventually result in Anxiety, Tension and Internal health issues.
As well, alcohol is a depressant.
Everyone thinks that a simple drink of alcohol is a good means to "forget all about their problems.
" All does is aggravate the condition in the process.
As well, it is no secret that exercising regularly is a huge depression killer.
This is because it causes your body to create more Endorphins.
These mighty Endorphins are usually referred to as "the all natural body happy chemicals" due to their Stress-Reducing and Happiness-Inducing properties.
Tip #5.
Don't Be Shy - Get Out and Get a Social Life (outside of work).
Your close circle of friends and family are great at giving you moral support.
If not, get new ones.
Spending time and participating in meaningful activities with them will give you a huge satisfying feeling.
And, nothing feels better than group support.
Also, never underestimate the importance of the human touch.
It usually feels super good when anyone pats you on the back and speaks words of encouragement to you at your most difficult times? Hug and touch can make such a difference to lift anyone's spirit.
Try it on someone today.
Get intimate, hug them, arm around their back, a pat on the shoulder.
Create close ties with your community, family and those most close to you.
The love and care shown by others will tremendously enhance your mood, endorphins, your immune system and even help fight off illness and disease.
Best of all, you'll feel alive, energized and more secure in your happy life.
I hope these 5 Tips are of value to you.
Now, go out and try and see how they work for you and how you can impact others.
Here's wishing Great Health & Great Wealth.
